'I usually re-raise people if I think I have a hand that is in the range of the hands the bettor would bet with.
I am considering altering this strategy some. Preflop I plan to drop the weakest of the "standard high cards"-hands and replace them with additional speculative hands (suited aces, suited connectors, suited one-gaps, small pairs). I do this because I fear being dominated. Is this a good idea?
Postflop I plan to re-raise draws more often and fold "hard to improve"-hands (like pocket pair that missed flop) more often. Good idea? "
Any opinions? |
